1. All reservations made on Happy 3 website cannot be canceled nor modified.
2. Payment under Paypal shall be done in Thai Baht only.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
4. Breakfast Buffet is included in every reservation from Happy3 website.
5. The maximum occupancy for each type of room strictly applies. Extra bed is not available.
6. "A child" is a person aged 6 or younger. A person aged 7 or older shall be counted as an adult.
7. Security deposit of THB 3,000 per room (by cash in any currencies or credit card pre-authorization) is required at check-in.
8. Pet is not allowed on the premise.
